Since most of our homes have tiles or wood tiles and most guests walk inside with shoes on, if you walk barefooted, it is likely to have dust stuck on your foot, even though we mop the floor at least twice in every cleaning. Please dump the garbage to the correct waste, organic waste and recycling bins. 3. NO PETS. Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $500. 4. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY The maximum occupancy is stated in all accommodation descriptions. No parties, gatherings, events, or loud music are allowed. This is a residential area and noise ordinances are strictly enforced. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume level throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required at this property. 6. NON-SMOKING NO EXCEPTIONS! This including Marijiuana, Vapping, E-CIGARETTES, all Tobacco Products and any other recreational smoking products. Not allowed at any time anywhere inside the house. If cigarette butts or other smoking waste left on the ground/floor/anywhere, or feel any smoke smell left. Guests agree to pay not less than $500 for all above. 7. The Property is provided at a good working condition, but we are not responsible for the interoperability or unavailability of any amenities after check in. You agree to contact the hosts, using the Airbnb app, as soon as you notice any maintenance or housekeeping problem, or any potentially hazardous condition, at the Property, or if any incident occurs at the Property that is related to such a problem or condition. We will take reasonable and appropriate steps to remedy any reported problem as soon as practicable. We may enter the Property at your invitation to remedy any problem you report, at reasonable times and with reasonable notice to inspect, maintain, or repair the Property, and to address any situation that we reasonably deem an emergency that threatens persons or property. Regular maintenance of the home may be conducted for example gardening and pest control. These activities won’t require entering the house but will access the exterior of the home. If there is any interior maintenance activities required, we will let you know ahead of time. 8.DISCLAIMER. This is a home (Airbnb), not a hotel. We are not responsible for theft or loss of personal items. That includes left behind, or burglary. Please do not leave your valuables unattended. We are not responsible for any loss or theft. 9. QUIET HOUR: 10PM to 8AM, AND NO VISITORS,NO MUSICS DURING QUIET HOURS. Do not do anything that will disturb our neighbors or they might call the police and you will receive a citation from the police. (This happened before. True story) 10. CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES. Guests agrees to Remove all Trash (trash dumpsters are located 3 in the parking lots/yard), Load and Wash All Dirty Dishes, Replace Furniture Back to Original Position in Unit If it has Been Moved, Leave All Heaters On Low Setting, Turn Off Lights, Close and Lock All Windows and Doors and Follow Key Return Instructions in the Unit. And please do not toss trash to our neighbors property ANYTIME. 11.CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 A.M. Late check out without permission will result in a $50 per hour penalty paid to the cleaning crew. 12.WILDLIFE.WILDLIFE Although the probability is low, there is still a chance that you will encounter many different types of wildlife including but not limited to Coyotes, Deer, Squirrels, Earwigs, Mice, Chipmunks, Yellow Jackets, Carpenter Ants, Spiders, Flies etc. Guests may encounter wildlife at anytime and anywhere during their stay. NO REFUND OR REBATE will be offered in connection with any wildlife encounters.
