Possibly see a moose if you’re up early! This lovely house in Nederland offers 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed and two with full beds. With 2 full bathrooms and 2 1/2 baths (one steam shower) and hair dryers, guests will feel right at home. The basement even has a comfy sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The large, private backyard has a hot tub, zip line and ninja course. Sit on the stone patio and grill out! Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and heating during your stay. We also have a generator that will keep the living room, master bedroom & bathroom and appliances on incase there is a power outage. Walking distance to the town of Nederland, bike trails and the bus stop that will take you to Eldora ski resort and/or Boulder. Don't want to take the bus? We are an 8 minute drive to Eldora and 25 minute drive from Boulder. Experience what Nederland has to offer with a stay at our phenomenal house. Pet friendly, our house has a doggy door and a fenced in yard so you can leave your pooch at home Parking limited to 3 compact size cars, please.
