Welcome to our beautiful 2-storey villa, perched on the picturesque hills of Promthep Cape, renowned for its breathtaking sunsets. Just a 10min drive from the white sands Naiharn Beach and the lively Rawai, where you can savor authentic Thai cuisine and visit the famous seafood market. The villa boasts spacious living areas, comfortable 5BR, a large terrace for outdoor dining with your whole family, and a delightful saltwater pool set within a lovely garden to add more pleasure to your holiday. The space The ground floor is raised, opening onto a covered terrace that overlooks the lush garden and private pool. The cozy living room, furnished with a large sofa and TV, creates a quiet place to relax together after an active day at the beach. It seamlessly flows into an open-plan dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, where you can enjoy meals indoors or outdoors. On either side of the spacious living room and kitchen, you'll find four ensuite bedrooms, each with its own unique color theme, a king-size bed, and a wardrobe. On the second floor, a large master bedroom grants access to a vast terrace adorned with beautiful potted tropical plants, offering picturesque views. This space is ideal for morning yoga sessions or sunbathing in complete privacy. Thanks to its excellent location and spacious layout, our villa is perfect for large families or groups of friends who wish to spend their holiday together, creating unforgettable memories on our tropical island. Guest access The villa is 100% yours. The pool is private. There is a gated car-park. Other things to note Apart from electricity, our price is all inclusive: in particular there is no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price. Check-out cleaning and light-speed WIFI are also included. Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot and a baby chair upon request. There is no extra charge for children, until 12 years old, sharing an existing bed. We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. You can order it more often for a small additional fee. After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the property (1200 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night. Electricity is charged at 8 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 170 THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the property, you will most likely pay an additional 250 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
