Relax in this private and just refreshed suite

Our suite has new paint and all new flooring. It has a large bathroom which includes 2 sinks. This is perfect for when 2 people are trying to get ready at the same time. There’s WiFi, a USB charging outlet for you phones, antenna tv & a Roku along with a fridge, microwave & coffee maker for your convienence. Enjoy your deck or sit by the fire pit in the evening. BoogieBoards & a small ice chest are located in the closet. No smoking, vaping or drugs on the premises. The space Your suite is freshly painted. It has a large bathroom with double sinks and a separate tub/shower and toilet area. There is no cable tv, we have antenna tv, and a Roku box for your internet streaming. This is part of the main house and you’ll share one common wall. The heat is forced air and set by the temperature of the entire house. This is San Diego and the entire county, normally has warm days and cool nights. Your suite has 3 windows and screened door for you to enjoy the beautiful San Diego area weather. On warmer or even hot days the room has a ceiling fan and a small fan. It also gets a fantastic cross breeze with the windows open. You suite entrance even has a screen door. Just open the door to take better advantage of the nice evening breeze. Check out the LiveNation Concert venue just blocks away. - Max occupancy is 2 - Not suitable for infants, toddlers, children - 24 and older For your and our safety the suite is private and secure and locked off from the rest of the house. No smoking, vaping or drugs anywhere on the premises Guest access You have your own entrance and small deck with a table and chairs. The fire pit is located just a few steps away from your unit. We will be happy to turn it on for you and please join us if we are out there. (The cemented patio area is not for guest use.) BoogieBoards and a small ice chest are in the closet for your use. When coming from the beach please use the hose at the gate to rinse off your feet before entering the unit. Bikes are available, if prior arrangements are made and we are available to accommodate your needs. I do work from home so you may occasionally see me out and about in the yard. If you have any questions someone is normally home. Just ask if you need help deciding where to eat or what to visit. Your privacy is important to us. To insure a private and safe environment for our guests the property does have exterior security cameras and lighting.
