Old town villa from 1890, built by the von Preißingers, was lovingly renovated by our family and the old was preserved. Here, old architecture meets modernity. The space Our newly renovated town villa in beautiful Amberg in 2024 has its own parking lot for our guests. Behind the house you will find an idyllic garden that you are welcome to use to relax. Within a 2-minute walk, you will find a butcher with typical specialties and a baker where you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast or delicious cake specialties. Further down the street you will find small shops, two pharmacies, a cozy café and a great restaurant within 7 minutes. You are in the immediate vicinity of the St. Marien Amberg Clinic. Via a pedestrian underpass you can reach the train station and the beginning of the pedestrian zone in a few minutes. If you want to explore the city center of Amberg for shopping, dining and strolling, you are only a 10-minute walk to the middle of Amberger Marktplatz. In the Amberger Stadtgraben you can take a nice walk in the countryside around the city center. In the medieval old town, it is not only the eye that has a lot to enjoy. In the beer city of Amberg, you can taste beer and other delicacies in one of the many breweries or visit a coffee roastery or have a good time in one of the cafes. Want to see Amberg from above? Then head to the Mariahilfberg! In just a few minutes you are in the "green" at the Mariahilfberg and can explore the Mariahilfberg via various hiking and cycling trails. You get a beautiful and impressive view over Amberg from the pilgrimage church Mariahilf or from the Amberger Schwammerl.
