Surrounded by vibrant jungle, this 7-bedroom sanctuary immerses you in nature's embrace. It is a family neighborhood and police surveillance is carried out every two hours. No parties or loud volume outside of quiet hours are allowed. The space There are 4 floors in this property. Main floor contains a living room/game room with access to the pool, 2 sofa beds and a single bed with a full bathroom. Second floor has the kitchen, equipped with essentials like pots, pans, oven, mini oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a water filter for drinking fresh water. There is a room with a queen bed in this floor, with its won complete bathroom. There is also access to the pool area. In this floor, next to the dining table, you will also find a door, which is the owners room. Third floor has 4 rooms, one with 2 full beds, sharing a bathroom with a room with a single bed. The other with its own bathroom, and a full size bed, and the last one being a "main" room with a king size bed, a full bathroom, and a balcony. The fourth floor is a small apartment, with a living room, a small kitchenette, and a big room with 2 full beds, and a single bed. Full bathroom included, with a spa, and a balcony with a hammock. This room has a working area (desk and chair). No parties or loud volume outside of quiet hours are allowed.
