Head West: In under 10 minutes, you’ll reach breathtaking hiking and biking trails that lead into the Colorado Rockies, offering stunning views and outdoor serenity. Head East: Within minutes, you’ll be in Downtown Denver, surrounded by a wealth of attractions. Empower Field, the home of the Denver Broncos, along with several other iconic stadiums and event venues, are just 5-7 miles away. ACCESS: Upon entering the gate you'll notice the smoking area with a large outdoor eating picnic table and umbrella. Directly in front of your entrance way is two Adirondack chairs with garden. For your comfort and privacy, we kindly ask that guests refrain from entering areas outside the fenced boundaries around the suite. The fireplace and the remainder of the lawn are off-limits. You will notice fencing extending from the chicken coop around the raised garden bed—this is the designated space reserved exclusively for guest use. (We do not have chickens at this time). Other things to note If you wish to order food feel free to walk up 14th to the front of the house and pick it up on our front porch. As stated in the property description we do not have a stovetop or a stove, just a microwave and toaster.
