Charming one bedroom one bath condo with a comfortable couch for a 3rd guest. The sleeper sofa function is not an option at this time. The space Complimentary long distance via the land line, Secure Wi-Fi and two TVs in the condo ~ you will want to enable Wi-Fi calling on your smartphone for cell service over the internet. Downstairs you will find a full service rental shop and a retail shop, day lockers, extra restrooms, Hoot's Bar & Grill with a pool tables, darts & a digital jukebox box! Laundry facilities are down the hallway (washers, dryers, folding table & utility sink) and take quarters. I suggest bringing your own quarters. Guest access Self check-in with the keypad on the door handle. Complimentary guest parking accessed via key card. Secure Wi-Fi password (which is also the phone number) is located on the router. Wi-Fi network name is the unit name. Bring your own TV streaming passwords. Other things to note Minimum age for the primary guest is 25 years old and all guests must be ID verified thru the Airbnb sytem. A government issued ID will be used to verify age upon booking or check in. Airbnb may share that a guest is over or under 25. Hoot's Bar & Grill on the lobby level floor is open until after midnight on the weekends & on some holidays. They sometimes have a DJ or live music on the weekends. Our condo is located on on the 2nd floor and some music noise levels may travel. We welcome service animals as defined by Airbnb’s Accessibility Policy. While we are a 'no pet' property for general travelers we accommodate working animals. We ask that handlers ensure animals are never left unattended and are kept off furniture to maintain the space for future guests with severe allergies.
