Kitchen includes: - NEW Microwave, Brita water filter, toaster, blender, large roasting pans, pots, cutting boards, cookie tray, mixing bowls, ladle, potato masher, measuring cups and spoons. - cooking essentials: cooking oil, salt, pepper and some sugar - cleaning necessities: dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap - Assorted knifes, cutlery, tea kettle, sugar, etc. Outside: Who doesn't enjoy a season round BBQ? Grill up those burgers and vegetables while watching the young ones play outside. Offering 4 bedrooms, plus a second level bonus space with three twins and a cozy couch nook w/ coffee table. Two full bathrooms and separate living areas in the house, there is plenty of space for family and friends to gather - and to have some personal space too. We welcome you to mark your own trails on the property but respect the environmentally protected land. Ash Row Estate will not be held responsible for any damages to personal property or injury caused by any guest. By using any recreational equipment on the property you acknowledge any and all potential risks. We recommend all recreational vehicles are insured while in used on or off the property. All recreational vehicles may be stored onsite during your stay but must be removed after checkout. ***Be safe and do not operate any vehicle under any influence.*** Other things to note During the Spring/Summer: Make sure to leave the mudroom door closed when not in use. The house is near farm land and there are plenty of flies buzzing around. This is the best way to keep them outside. We also spray the house annually for insects too. Vineyard: Please DO NOT disturb the vines. Feel free to take Insta gram pictures during your stay. Well water: Safe to drink and filtered through our filtration system (serviced annually). We also offer a Brita filter in the fridge as an extra measure. Water may have a slight sulfur smell. If sensitive to smells kindly purchase bottled water before arriving. Rainfall: When there is heavy rainfall our sub pump in the basement will activate for only a few seconds to remove any water. This will vibrate the living-room floor for a few seconds at a time. Security: Our house has a security camera outside to verify check-in / Checkout and snow removal / lawn care.
