Enjoy a peaceful stay in our family-friendly condo near Winter Park Ski Resort, Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain National Park. Located in Fraser with mountain views, the condo is steps from Meadowridge Club, featuring hot tubs, pool, basketball, tennis courts, pickle ball and gym. A free shuttle outside the condo goes to downtown Winter Park and the ski resort. The space Our condo has a master suite with king bed and newly remodeled bathroom. The master bedroom has a small desk space for working remotely. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunks. The second full bathroom is spacious and has a large shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware to cook and eat comfortably. The patio has wonderful views of the ski area and Byers peak. There is patio furniture to eat outside and relax in the sun. You’ll have full access to club meadow-ridge, which is across the street. It is equipped with a full gym, yoga room, heated outdoor pool, and two large outdoor hot tubs. The free bus called “The Lift” picks up about 100 feet away across the street and can take you to winter park ski resort, downtown winter park, and the grocery store. The Safeway grocery store is conveniently located a mile away. Guest access You will have the entire condo to yourself and full access to club meadowridge. Other things to note We will provide clean linens and towels, great views, kitchenware, full access to the club house, patio furniture, shampoo/conditioner, soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, coffee maker, hair dryer, paper towels, toilet paper, board games, puzzles, legos. We cannot provide good weather, good hair days, cooking oil, coffee, tea, spices, epic powder, firewood. Please bring those things, or purchase them at the Safeway that is on the way to the condo (<1 mile). And pray for snow :) NOTE: We’ve priced our stays low and competitively with the local market -if you are expecting new finishes or if you are the type to complain about small details, consider a higher priced condo.
