There are 3 bedrooms with queen size bed in each room accommodating 6 people, plus extra single bed and 1 full bathroom.Located in mid Toronto, just 20 min drive from Pearson Airport and 25 minutes to downtown with easy access to transportation. Private access to unit and exclusive laundry is available for the guests. The space The house is quite new and has 2 storeys. A family of 3 lives upstairs which are very quiet. The basement has separate entrance and maintenance. The guests have their own private entrance and completely separated through a side door. Nobody can see each other upon entering the unit. Guest access The house is located in mid-Toronto with easy access to literally everywhere. Transportation: - It takes 20 minutes to arrive from Pearson airport, exit at hwy 401 / Avenue Rd. - At the house, there is a bus station on the corner of the street which can take you to 2 different subway stations in 10 minutes: Yonge & York Mills Station or Yonge & Sheppard station. - It takes 25 minutes to drive to downtown Toronto or North of Toronto. Grocery & Food: - It takes 1 minute walk to Shoppers Drug Mart. -It takes 1 minute driving to get to grocery store of Nofrills (closes at 9pm) - It takes 5 minutes drive to get to a plaza and Metro grocery (closes at 10pm)- Starbucks-Tim Hortons,.. Access to the House: The guests enter the unit through a side door (Not the main entrance) with private access to the unit. Other things to note At the house, there’s a bus station on the corner of the street (taking less than 2 minutes) which usually arrives at subway station in 10 minutes. It’s quite close to famous Avenue Rd which has lots of top restaurants, pizzerias, bars, coffee shops and grocery stores which you can go and enjoy walking and shopping in the area but mostly close before midnight.
