We have a low ceiling (5’6 at the duct) finished basement with extra leisure space as well as a 4th double bedroom. Excellent Wifi and central air conditioning. No issue with parking as plenty of space for vehicles or trailers. Pull out sectional as well as a spare tv for extra sleeping space and easy video game hook up. The space This is a cozy bungalow on a quiet street in a residential area. Beautiful backyard with a deck. Hwy access to HWY 10 or 83 is not far. Located in Swan Rivers family friendly, walkable North end of town. Finished basement offers low ceilings , 4th bedroom and a great additional seating area with pull out sofa.
