Other things to note This unit is on the third floor. There is no elevator. NO SMOKING inside the unit. NO extra guests, unless they are added to reservation. No noise after 10pm. No pets. Late checkout is $50 per hour. And approved late checkout is $100 per hour. Must schedule at least 24 hours in advance. We do not offer discounts or refunds if the pool, hot tub or gym is out of order as this is out of our control. Must show ID at the gate to get a pass. Registration Details Exempt
