1940’s Downtown Flagstaff Bungalow

Welcome to downtown Flagstaff! Our cozy and clean 1940's bungalow is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Flagstaff. We are a short walk or bike ride to NAU, and all the shopping, restaurant's, and activities in downtown! The space This house is maybe the most “Flagstaff” house in Flagstaff. It’s quirky, funky and FUN! Everything has been renovated top to bottom. The proximity to breweries, restaurants, night life, etc make it a gem. We stay at the house as a family of four often, and have always felt very safe. Neighbors include retired people, college students, and working professionals. The house is very close to the train tracks. You can see and hear the trains rolling by. The trains don’t honk, but if the thought of train noise sounds more annoying than endearing, this is not your spot. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook a meal! We also provide a few basics such as coffee, pancake mix, spices, etc! We have high speed internet, a tv for you to stream all your favorite apps on (we do not have cable). There are two stairs to get to the front door. This is a small house, and is best suited for 2-4 people. Any more than that, and you will be feeling cramped! We are currently allowing well behaved dogs at the rental. We have a small, enclosed back yard that works great for pets! Please be up front with us if you are bringing your dog. We have a security camera at the front door, and will know if you are sneaking pets in. Thanks for understanding! There is no driveway, but plenty of street parking in front of the house. This house was built in the 1940’s, and does not have central AC. We have window units we put in for the summer that work great! NO SMOKING inside, or on the property! Thank you for understanding. If you run out of toilet paper, PLEASE do not resort to using tissues. Our pipes are old, and we don’t want plumbing issues. Contact us, and we are happy to get you more toilet paper!
