The space Prime Location: You'll be in the heart of it all. Enjoy a short walk to several hidden gem restaurants, a 5-minute drive to downtown, and a 10-minute walk to pickleball courts. Our location offers immediate trail access to Elden and a short drive to many other hiking and adventure options, including Snowbowl, which is just 30 minutes away. Spacious Living Room: Unwind on the comfortable couch, which easily converts into a full-sized bed for additional guests. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the large TV with Roku and multiple streaming platforms. Cozy up by the pellet stove for warmth and ambiance on cool evenings. Fully-Stocked Kitchen: The kitchen is complete with a stove, oven, and Keurig coffee machine, allowing you to prepare delicious meals and enjoy your morning coffee. Comfortable Bedroom: The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with soft linens, ensuring a good night's sleep. A large skylight in the bedroom allows natural light to stream into the room in the morning - if this is an issue please let host know ahead of time as it can be covered up from the roof. Private Bathroom: Enjoy the convenience and privacy of your own bathroom. Outdoor Seating Area: Relax and unwind in the fresh air on the front patio and porch swing. Air Conditioning: Stay comfortable year-round with powerful air conditioning throughout the entire space. Pellet Stove: Create a cozy atmosphere and stay warm on chilly nights with the pellet stove in the living room. Guest access Self-check in any time after 3 pm. Guest specific door code provided from airbnb before check-in. Park in the large dirt driveway, please take care not to block any vehicles as the driveway is shared with a backhouse. Side yard is available for bike storage. Cats are not permitted. By bringing a dog, you agree to the terms below: •We charge a pet fee of $70 for the entirety of the stay. Dogs must be included in the reservation. • No Pets on Furniture: Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, couches, and chairs. Please bring your own pet bedding if needed. • Outdoor Clean-Up Required: All pet waste must be promptly picked up and properly disposed of. Please thoroughly inspect the yard before checkout. • Indoor Accidents: Take every reasonable step to ensure your pet does not urinate or defecate indoors. Any accidents must be cleaned immediately and reported. • Dogs may not be left alone in the home for extended periods of time. The property is not equipped with a dog door or outdoor access, so pets cannot let themselves outside. Please plan your outings accordingly and ensure your dog is supervised or alone for brief absences only. • Damage Policy: Guests are financially responsible for all pet-related damage, including scratches, stains, odors, or excessive cleaning requirements. • Absolutely No Cats: Due to allergies and property concerns, cats are not permitted under any circumstances. A violation of this rule will result in an immediate fine and possible termination of your reservation. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space clean, safe, and enjoyable for all guests.
