This new, stylishly furnished apartment is located in the middle of the historic center, allowing you to discover the city immediately. And yet you can completely relax here, and you immediately feel at home. Within fifteen minutes, you can also drive to the beach for a day by the sea. After a day full of impressions, you can relax in the quiet living room with widescreen television (Netflix available), a selection of books and magazines in multiple languages. In the living room there is also a spacious and comfortable sofa bed for a third guest. Between the bedroom and the living room are ensuite doors, so everyone can enjoy sufficient privacy. In the modern bathroom, a spacious walk-in shower awaits with Rituals care products, soft towels and a hairdryer. There are comfortable box spring beds with fresh bedding, extra ergonomic pillows, and plenty of closet space. There is also a washing machine with drying rack, iron and fans for extra comfort. Of course, there is free WiFi, a first aid kit, smoke detector and an AED for extra safety. A private parking space is available upon reservation; please note that this is paid parking. The station is just a five-minute walk from the house, and in the area there is a bicycle rental. Guest access The guests can access the whole apartment. We live next door, at number 22, and are always available for questions or in case of any problems. Please note: the apartment is accessible via a wide but fairly steep staircase. It has a sturdy handrail on the wall for extra support. Although many guests do not find this a problem, it is good to know that the house is therefore less suitable for people with limited mobility. The apartments are not threshold-free. Other things to note 📌 Important information about the stay: 🐾 Pets are not allowed. 👶 Unfortunately, children under 18 years old cannot be accommodated. 🚨 Safety features available: smoke detectors, first aid kit, AED and fire extinguisher. 👥 The base price is for 2 people.
