Other things to note ℹ️ Other important details – Finca Las Pecas For check-in we will need your details, we will send you a simple document in advance that you must complete before arrival. A security deposit of €300 is requested, which will be returned the day after departure after checking the condition of the villa. The usual schedule is check-in at 4:00 pm and check-out at 12:00 pm. There is a late check-out option until 5:00 pm with a supplement of €120. The property's water comes from the municipal network of Rute and is fully suitable for consumption. The villa has heating by programmed radiators, air conditioning in the main rooms and a fireplace in winter. Radiators must not be tampered with. Basic rules of use: Do not leave trash on the property; the container is about 100 meters away. Do not jump on the beds; if they break, the cost of repair will be deducted from the deposit. The barbecue should only be used with charcoal (never with olive wood). There are no cleaning products in the villa, just some complimentary items. It's important not to forget to bring charcoal if you want to use the barbecue. Extra services at a cost: Towel service: €70 per group (20 pax) €100 (30 pax) Supermarket pre-purchase service: €60. Local cook for barbecues, paellas or breakfasts (price according to service). The property includes firewood for the fireplace at no additional cost. According to Andalusia's Tourism regulations, the property has a legal capacity limit that must be respected at all times.
