Welcome to our stylish and warm apartment, perfect for a pleasant stay for families or groups of friends. It is located in a quiet residence and offers all the comforts necessary for a memorable stay. The space Come and discover our 60 m2 apartment located on the top floor of a peaceful condominium. It has been fully renovated to ensure comfort and friendliness. You can have the entire place to yourself throughout your stay. You will enjoy a bright and spacious living room. Equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people, we guarantee you quality nights. In addition, an extra baby bed can be installed upon request at no extra cost. A true centerpiece, the fully-equipped kitchen will offer you an optimal culinary experience. It opens onto a dining area, ideal for sharing good times for up to 6 people (and a baby chair available free of charge on request). The first bedroom accommodates up to 3 beds. With comfortable bedding and a large dressing room, you will feel very comfortable. The second bedroom can accommodate one person. You'll find plenty of storage for your belongings. With its generous volumes, the bathroom offers a large shower that you will enjoy finding after your day. For total comfort, you can enjoy an intuitive washing machine, as well as a hairdryer and towels provided. Guest access This home is within a 5-minute walk to the train station, making it an ideal location. Indeed, the RER A will allow you to reach Val d'Europe, Disneyland or central Paris in less than 20 minutes. If you are driving, access to the A4 highway is 2 minutes from the apartment, and will take you to these places just as quickly. Please note that free parking is available at the foot of the residence. Other things to note We would like our guests to respect the quietness of the residence from 10:00 p.m. to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood.
