All ceramic tiled, newly painted with stone detailing, new mattresses/bedding, fans, large glass windows with views to lake with breezy front porch - step down to the sandy bottom shallow warm Lake Cocibolca. No currents so perfect for families. The 2017 rainy season was good for our island farmers but raised our lake levels so we won't have the beach front until January 2018 as the lake receeds during the dry season. We catch fish right off the front porch now! We offer a Studio Apartment with 1 bedroom, spacious living/dining/kitchen area for 4 guests. 1 bedroom with double and single bed and a single bed in the spacious living/dining room.
