The Studio Apartment is located on the Expressway, located just 20 mins short of the Mall road (GPO). It has a variety of eatries at a walking distance (50m radius) while all main attractions are within easy accessibilty. The space The property consists of a studio apartment having an open kitchen, attached bathroom and a private balcony to view the majestic valleys. Guests are welcomed with a personalized welcome note and following complimentary courtesies:- 1. Tea Service Tray containing essentials for welcome tea for 2 x Guests 2. Snack Basket containing assorted snacks with personalized note from Hosts 3. Hygiene Basket containing essential hygiene items including a new towel which the guests may take along with them Foldable extra mattress is also available on the property. Kitchen is equipped with microwave, mini fridge, kettle and some basic serve ware. The bathroom is equipped with dedicated electric geyser to provide 24 hours instant hot water. A portable heater has been placed for guests and additional warmers (blankets) are available. Interaction with guests: Guests can get in contact with hosts via airbnb. Manager Mr Nauman would be physically available from 9am to 9pm and through out on mobile phone. Furthermore, in case of any emergency, guests can contact host via phone as well. No payments be made to staff directly or in cash except for any additional paid services offered on the spot. Guest access Pamphlet of the rules is placed in printed form in the property as well. RULES - LIVING SPACE • Only authorized/ registered number of guests can stay overnight in the apartment • Avoid excessive noise – Respect the rights of neighbours • Don’t use the premises for any drugs, illegal or immoral activity • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside apartment – You may smoke while enjoying the view from the adjoining private balcony (Please don’t litter around on balcony though) • To deal with excessive trash or cleaning requirement, cleaners are available at property on specified timings • Don’t consume food on bed – Table and seating is available in apartment • Keep the property clean and use dustbin for trash • Please turn off electronics and electrical appliances when not in use and when leaving the room • Guests are expected to ensure safety of all items and appliances of property and voluntarily report any damages/ breakages – Any damage/ breakage is liable to payment • Security and surveillance camera is installed on entrance, however, please don’t leave your valuables unattended RULES – KITCHEN • No metal and plastic (fork, spoon, utensils) inside microwave oven • Wash the dishes after use and before check out • Put the food remnants/ trash in air tight plastic bag inside dustbin • Essential utensils, crockery and cutlery for use of guests is placed in separate kitchen cabinet with the tag stating“For Use of Guests Only” RULES – WASH ROOM • Switch ON geyser when needed only and turn it off accordingly after usage • Geyser should be switched OFF whenever you are not on the property • Properly dispose off pampers/pads in the washroom bin in airtight plastic bag.
