Enjoy a separate apartment in a restored village house overlooking the Gaia Valley. The accommodation is located on the first floor of our house, and we live on the second floor. The house is situated in the center of the village and next to a parking area. A few meters away there is a playground, a pipican and walking paths. The village has various services, such as a bakery, restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a tobacco shop. We recommend reading all the information or contacting us before booking. The space The place is the first floor of the village house we live in. While the entrance and lobby are common, the home is locked with its own access door. In the lobby there is an area with a library furniture and a sofa and another with two washing machines, one is for guest use. Although it's a fairly quiet area and we've never been bothered by the neighbors, it's not an isolated place and there may be some noise. Generally, it's not bothersome, but we don't recommend it for people who need absolute silence. The accommodation itself is a one-bedroom apartment with a 150-cm double bed, a large kitchen-dining room with a 150-cm sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a barbecue, table and chairs. There are two TVs, one in the dining room and the other in the room. The air conditioning unit is located in the dining room and is designed to cool the entire accommodation in accordance with the health and energy efficiency guidelines of current regulations. The system operates automatically 24 hours a day to maintain the temperature, humidity, and thermal comfort conditions indicated for most people. If you have special needs in this regard, we recommend that you contact us before booking. Although we always clean the accommodation, we have dogs on the second floor that pass through the common areas, and many people who visit us bring pets. Therefore, if you have a very strong allergy to animal hair, we do not recommend that you book with us. Guest access The couches in the foyer and the library furniture can be used as long as it is well used. The guest washing machine is the one that's open with a basket and clothespins on top, and it has an automatic detergent and fabric softener dispenser. Other things to note Remember that we are not a hotel or a travel company. We are a couple who share our home with people who want to get to know the area where we live, which we really enjoy. We can't offer special services, 24-hour care, or other similar services. We simply offer accommodation on the first floor of our home that has the same amenities we live with. We hope it's enough for most people, but for those looking for better services or more dedicated attention, we recommend booking their stay with companies that specialize in tourist accommodations. Our philosophy is to offer sustainable accommodation with everything we consider essential for spending a few days comfortably in the area. Most of the electricity comes from solar panels, hot water and air conditioning work with aerothermal energy or a heat pump, and all electrical appliances and water taps are designed to improve energy efficiency and reduce waste. Here, we don't offer rooms with a 22ºC refrigerator in the summer or a bathtub where you can use 200 liters of water. We believe that a reasonable use of resources is necessary in this day and age, and that's what we want to offer to everyone who visits us. We also remind you that energy efficiency is not a matter of cost, but a commitment to the future. In many cases, and particularly in ours, the initial investment in these systems is much higher and may never be recouped.
