Other things to note - Smoking is not permitted inside the house. - Smoking is allowed on the terrace. -Pets are allowed (with a surcharge). But they are not allowed to climb on sofas or beds. The guest must take care of their needs and any damage they may cause - No events or drug use allowed on the premises. - Guests may not stay overnight without our permission, nor may more guests than those indicated in the reservation. The guests listed on the reservation and checked in are the ones who will stay at the property. If more guests than registered are detected during the random access control during your stay, this may lead to the notification of the competent authorities. -There are hours of rest that must be respected to ensure the tranquility of the community and the neighborhood. From midnight to 8:00 AM, the neighborhood should not be disturbed. -We have a night watchman in the community in charge of supervising that these rest regulations are complied with. - Before your arrival, a deposit of €250 per guest must be made, this amount will be refunded in full on the same day of your departure, after the corresponding review of the accommodation. -You must register guests online and provide identification data as well as pay a tourist tax per person per night.
