We have our own inhouse kitchen where guests can order food from the menu or can have our set unlimited buffet on chargeable basis. Other things to note House Rules Guests are expected to read the house rules for the listing and abide by them -Diving in the pool is strictly prohibited. -Pool depth starts from 3feet and ends at 6feet. -Please enter the pool in swimming costumes only, to maintain the hygiene and cleanliness -Me and my team work hard daily to maintain the aesthetics and cleanliness of the property, Please respect that and while checking out leave it in the good condition as you find it when you arrive. -Loud music is not allowed on terrace after 10pm, You can play music in the courtyard area till 12am, play music after 12am without disturbing neighbor's and nearby properties. - We are not responsible for the power cuts by AVVNL(electricity board), we have an inverter backup in the rooms which run lights and fans in the rooms, we do have a facility of generator in case of power cuts for longer duration. - Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched ON when they are not in use. -We purchase quality towels and linens. Do not ruin the towels as ruined towels will incur charges which guest have to pay mandatory before checking out. -Bed-Sheets are purchased in sets and each set is of quality hotel standards. Do not leave any kind of stains or Guests will be charged before checking out. -Electrical appliances like Television, Remote, AC remote or any other room amenities(furniture) gets broken by any means during stay then guest will be charged before checking out. -Kindly note we are here to make your stay as much comfortable as you can expect please don't involve into any kind of arguments, all problems can be solve amicably. -Ironing clothes facility is free for the guest. -Children under age must not be left unattended around pool area or terrace area -Illegal activities such as using of narcotics substance inside the property is strictly If you have read it to the end.
