Located in a very quiet place, a block and a half from the beach (no lifeguard on duty), between Punta del Este and José Ignacio, minutes away from the famous neighbourhood La Barra in Maldonado. Oceanic and pristine beaches can be found everywhere. El Chorro beach is located eight blocks from our complex and there is a lifeguard on duty. The house has 92 square meters, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), living-room, dining room and kitchen, a 32" flat TV with Directv (194 channels and 37 audio channels), air conditioning in living-room and dining room and in two bedrooms, wifi, outside deck with a table for 8 persons and barbecue cook. The deck has a roof for rainy days. Across from street 8 of the complex, the restaurant La Huerta offers fine dining. The complex is located minutes away from Manantiales, 5 minutes from La Barra and less than half an hour from Punta del Este and José Ignacio, where several boutiques and fine restaurants can be found. La Barra Golf Club is located 5 minutes from the complex and Cantegril Country Club is 20 minutes away (in summer, it could be a bit more, depending on traffic). The house offers all the equipment necessary to accomodate 6 persons and an exclusive room outside with washer machine. Maid service is offered daily. Punta del Este and José Ignacio are easily accessed via bus and the bus-stop is located 100 meters from the complex.
