Riverside Bragg Creek Cabin

Welcome to the Bragg Creek Cabin backing on the Elbow River! Located within the Hamlet of Bragg Creek, 9km from West Bragg Day Use Area. Our cabin is a 5-minute walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bike & ski rentals, grocery stores, ice cream & local shops. Our family cabin perfect for a relaxing retreat and has 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths and offers cozy log walls, firepit in the backyard and includes private access to the Elbow River. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the house. The space Our cabin will be fully equipped with many amenities. The backyard includes covered picnic tables, a BBQ grill, and firepit with Adirondack chairs. Plastic plates are provided for outdoor dining. Enjoy the sounds of the river while lounging in the back yard or dip your feet in the Elbow River which can be accessed via stairs at the back of the property. The bathrooms include bath towels, Rocky Mountain Soap Co. hand soap, shampoo & conditioner. The primary suite includes a queen-sized bed, double closet and a modern ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and double closet. The third bedroom includes a double-sized bed and single-sized bunks that are ideal for children (3 beds total in this room). The kitchen includes a stainless steel 4 burner gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and drip coffee maker. All utensils and kitchenware are included. Our Living Room includes a fire burning stove for cozy ambiance, but the cabin is heated via forced-air furnace for your comfort. There is a 43" flatscreen TV with Roku TV (please note: your own streaming service login will be needed to watch Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc). Need a break from the television? We have a number of puzzles, books, and board games to help make special memories. Firewood: we provide a small amount of firewood in the rack inside the cabin. More firewood can be purchased within the Hamlet (please ask for suggestions!) or you are welcome to bring your own seasoned wood from home. Our location is ideal for mountain biking, hiking, fishing & golfing at Wintergreen & Redwood Meadows. Winter months offer fat-tire biking, snowshoeing and Nordic skiing on groomed trailed at West Bragg Day Use Area. Or simply relax at the cabin with a good book & enjoy the river views. Guest access Guests can park a maximum of 3 cars on the driveway. We cannot accommodate trailers, RV’s or campers on our property. There is no street parking available. Other things to note To respect neighbours, all outdoor activities must end at 10pm and move indoors Children are welcome, however the home has not been “child-proofed”. Also, the property backs onto a fast moving river and young ones will need supervision. FIRM pet-free policy, 6 guest maximum (no tenting/camping) and no events/parties policies, 3 vehicle maximum (no RV’s), no outdoor speakers - if you are hoping for a space to party, please look at another listing. Restrictions are imposed by Rockyview County. No weddings, stag/stagette and/or birthday parties - please look for another suitable venue.
