They won’t disturb your privacy. 🐴 • Hot Tub: The maximum temperature is 40°C; it stays warm and does not cool down quickly. ♨️ • Pool Heating: It only breaks the ice; the water may be cold due to its size and the weather. ❄️ • Towels: One bath towel per guest is provided. Feel free to bring extra towels for the pool! 🏊‍♀️ • Fireplaces: Three indoor fireplaces are available; we provide logs as much as we can, but feel free to bring extra. 🔥 • BBQ: A charcoal BBQ is available; please bring your own charcoal. 🍖 • Inflatables: The flamingos shown are not provided. If you’d like inflatables, let us know when booking. New inflatables will cost £30 if damaged. 🦩 • Damage Deposit: A £1,200 security deposit is required prior to arrival. It will be held on your card and released by 4 PM on the same day of checkout after cleaning and inspection, provided no damage occurs. Any damage will be deducted, along with processing fees. 💳 • ID Requirement: To release the key, we will require the main booker’s ID or the ID of the person collecting the key if different. The key will only be released upon receiving the damage deposit authorisation. 🆔 • Damage Policy: Any damage, lost keys, breach of house rules, or stains will be deducted from the deposit. 🛋️ • Check-In: We’ll tour you around, explain the amenities, and release keys if no concerns are raised. 🗝️ • Events: Strictly no events or parties are allowed, except for hen, stag, and birthday celebrations with a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. For day hire bookings or celebrations over 10 guests, please contact us first (IG: @thefarmexclusivehire, as this is only possible by booking directly.
