The space This wonderful place is located on Avenida Emperador Carlos V north of Quito, 3 minutes from the English park, 5 minutes from the new McDonald's de la Prensa and 7 minutes from the old airport. Nearby you have a bakery, shops, stationery, pet food, restaurants, everything is within walking distance, no more than 5 minutes We have 2 rooms each with beds for 2 people and we also have an additional mattress, for a capacity of up to 6 people Guest access Guests can use all the communal space in the building, i.e. the stairs and the parking lot Inside the apartment you can use everything Other things to note It is important to note that the apartment, in order to have the best view, is located on the 5th floor and the building does not have an elevator. We strive to be eco-friendly. Sometimes we leave plastic shopping bags in the trash cans, but not always. If you bring bags from your purchases, you can use them for garbage and thus reduce the use of new bags and if you have leftover bags you can leave them for us to reuse. We also leave a new roll of toilet paper and another one started, in order to avoid waste and contribute to the care of the planet. We also have a car pick-up service at the airport for $25. If you wish, please let us know and we will coordinate the pick-up time.
