Modern three-bedroom villa with a nice private pool surounding with tropical greens in the garden where u can ejoy your vocation at with families and friends, you may be here only a few days but memories for years. On top of the quite and breathtaking accomdation, we also offer a convenient chose of going out exploring Phuket as our villa is surrounding with many toursts attracting places. 200M from the beach, restaurant, cafe, Phuket Fight Club and more within short time driving distance. The space 200 Mbps Hi-Speed Wifi. 4*10 M pool. Washing Machine. Full set of kichen uensils. 3 suites with private bathroom. Private Parking. FOR YOUR NOTICE: 1. 10,000 Thai Baht deposit should be collected when check in (It would be returned when check out ) 2. Eletricity Fee is not inclued, 7 Baht per unit would be charged when check out (deduct from the deposit). Free water and internet. 3. The villa would be cleaned before check in, but no more cleaning service would be provided during whole staying. If you need more cleaning service you could contact me, the extra charge would be 2000 Baht for whole villa cleaning including changing beddings and towles. 4. NO SOMKING inside the room. 5. No shoes inside the room. (It's Thai culture, and also feels good if you haven't tried that before) 6. PET NOT ALLOWED (I'm sorry about that.) 7. No loud music or screaming or crazy lould talking outside the room after 12:00 at night. Sorry it may be a buzzkill but it's more important to provide a quite enviroment of the whold comminity to get a nice sleep.
