We can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people (incl. children). The space The apartments are located in a convenient location that combines proximity to the capital, natural attractions and easy access to other countries and regions. 1. proximity to the capital and easy transportation accessibility - Ljubljana is only 15 km away (about 20 minutes by car), which makes it easy to reach the capital of Slovenia with its historical sights, stores and restaurants. - Ljubljana International Airport (Brnik) is only 15 minutes by car. - Highway A1 - is nearby, providing easy access to different regions of Slovenia and neighboring countries. 2. Magnificent natural attractions - Kamniška-Savinja Alps - 15 minutes away, ideal for hiking, skiing and mountain vacations. - The river Kamniška Bistrica - a great place for outdoor recreation, walking and fishing. - Lake Bled is one of the most beautiful places in Slovenia, only 40 minutes away by car. Here you can go boating, visit the castle and enjoy the stunning scenery. - Arboretum Wolf Potok - a famous botanical garden just 10 minutes away. 3. proximity to Austria, Croatia and the coastline - Austrian border - only 45 minutes by car, allowing quick access to the Austrian Alps, the cities of Fillach or Klagenfurt. - Croatian border - about 1 hour drive, convenient for traveling to Zagreb and other Croatian cities. - The Adriatic coast (Koper, Piran, Portoroz) is only 1.5 hours by car, making it accessible for day trips. 4. Cultural and historical sights near the apartments 1. Kamnik (10 km) is a medieval town with narrow streets and castles. Visit the Small Grad with panoramic views and relax in the thermal baths of Snovik. 2. Bled Castle (40 km) - Slovenia's oldest castle with a museum, wine cellar and views of the famous lake. 3. Velika Planina (30 km) - Alpine village with traditional shepherd huts, homemade Trnič cheese and scenic trails. 4. Church of St. Primoža (35 km, Jamnik) - one of the most picturesque churches in Slovenia with panoramic mountain views. Also worth a visit are Postojna and Škocjan Caves - huge karst caves with an underground river (1 hour drive). 5. Developed infrastructure and comfort - Within a radius of 3 km there are supermarkets, stores, restaurants and cafes, as well as sports centers and cycling routes. - Quiet neighborhood, ideal for relaxation, while having easy access to the main tourist spots. Guest access The place is absolutely perfect for those morning walks or jogs you love so much. And just 10 meters from the house, you'll find a beautiful riverbank and lots of lovely paths to explore. Please note that tap water in Domžale is of excellent quality and safe to drink. It comes from clean underground sources and is regularly tested to meet high standards. Feel free to enjoy it during your stay. Other things to note According to Slovenian law, each guest is required to pay a tourist tax of 1.5 euros per night. Please note that the tax is not included in the price of accommodation, leave this amount (based on the number of guests multiplied by the number of nights) in a box located near the door on the first night of your stay. Guests have to provide a photo of their passport, as it is required for official registration with the local authorities and for the payment of the tourist tax.. The heating in the house operates from October 15th to April 15th. Use of the laundry room is free of charge for guests staying 3 nights or more. For stays shorter than 3 nights, the cost for washing and drying is €5 per load.
