Family-friendly: A separate, heated family room outside the apartment with two large beds. Quiet & nature: The location at the end of a cul-de-sac guarantees peace and quiet, and with some luck you can watch beavers, kingfishers and ducks on the Aisch. The apartment doesn't have its own garden, but the park "Engelgarten" with playground, large meadow and relaxation options is only 300 m up the river 😊 Guest access The apartment is accessible via a private staircase. A parking space in front of the house is available, and only 500 meters away there is an e-charging station for cars.
