The centre of Forte dei Marmi is about 500m away and is famous for its elegant and well-maintained beaches. Stroll along the Forte dei Marmi Pier, an iconic structure with breathtaking views of the sea and the Apuan Alps. Admire the sculptures and modern artworks scattered around the centre. Take a trekking trip to the Apuan Alps or a visit to the famous Carrara marble quarries. If you have more time, consider excursions in the surroundings, such as a visit to Pietrasanta, Lucca or the Cinque Terre.
