Make yourself at home! We offer a bright and spacious apartment with two bedrooms (one with queen size bed, the other room has one single bed), ready to move in! The kitchen and shared bathroom have all the necessary to make your stay more comfortable. Monthly fee includes services (water, electricity, gas, and internet). The apartment is located south of the most famous neighborhood in Mexico City: La Roma. Very well connected with public transport. One month is the minimum stay. The space The apartment is ideal for a couple or to share between 2-3 roomies, as it has two spacious and functional rooms (the first with a queen bed and the second with a single bed, plus a desk and a bookshelf). Both bedrooms have their wardrobe and bedding (so you do not worry, initially, about that). The apartment is very bright and very well ventilated (large windows, high ceilings). Super pleasant to look at and full of beautiful details (the wooden floor makes it very comfortable). The common areas (kitchen, bathroom, etc.) have all the necessary equipment (pans, dishes, towels) to start enjoying your stay. As if that were not enough, you will not have to worry about paying for water, electricity, gas or internet (Wi-Fi throughout the apartment), we do it for you. In short, we offer you a super flat so that your extended stay in the city feels like home. The building is located in a safe neighborhood with small shops, restaurants and a kindergarten close by. Farmers and street-markets for delicious fresh food every Saturday and Sunday. Guest access Since you open the door of the apartment and you barefoot - we left a shoemaker right at the entrance - the house "is yours" for you to enjoy: The living room and dining room ready to rest from a long day of work or to enjoy a delicious breakfast. The kitchen with everything you need, just like the bathroom (towels at your disposal). Upon your arrival, you will receive a clean and tidy apartment, and we only ask you to take care of it during your stay and deliver it, after a few months, just as neat and tidy as you received it. If you are looking for a place to spend the next few months in Mexico City, you have already found it. Other things to note We love living with people from other cultures and ways of thinking, but we offer and ask for fundamental respect - especially for the neighbors in the building. Of course, if you want to have guests home, you are free to do so, we only ask that from Sunday to Thursday the sleep of the neighbors is respected after 10 pm and that on weekends the party does not last beyond 2 am. Something fundamental: The City of Mexico has severe problems of water supply that, in seasons of intense heat, can generate temporary cuts of water in some Colonies. Rome has suffered these problems, and we can not do anything. Please take care how much water you need, and we ask your understanding if water-cuts happens.
