Guest access Both Worlds is on the Eastside of the Rock, located directly above Sandy Bay, Gibraltar's golden sandy beach. There is direct access from the building down to the beach. This entrance is used only for emergencies. You can always access from the upstairs entrance and walk down the little hill to the beach. The bus service in Gibraltar is excellent and there is a bus stop right outside the development which takes you into town in 10 minutes. The buses to catch are both the Number 4 (Rosia) and Number 8 Bus (Midway, Black Strap Cove) as they both take you into town. You can always visit the Gib Bus Tracker where you will be able to get real-time Gibraltar Bus arrival information on all routes. Parking is a problem in Gibraltar and street parking is subject to availability. You may be able to find parking just outside the development but only between the hours of 7.00 am to 2.00 am. Outside of these hours, vehicles are at risk of being clamped or towed. Therefore, I strongly recommend leaving your car in Spain and using Gibraltar's Bus Service instead. Other things to note There are stairs with no lift access. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment but you can always smoke outside in any of the two terraces. No pets are allowed in the whole development. No parties or events. No noise after 11 PM. There is no grocery store in the development but you can download the Rock Hero or the Hungry Monkey app and you can have your food delivered to the property. In the nearby village of Catalan Bay, which is approximately a 5 minutes walk from the apartment you will find a few cafes, shops and restaurants. There is a lovely beach restaurant in the development but it is only open during the summer months
