Guest access You will access the property with keys (located in lockbox on property). We are off of a dirt road, and our driveway is gravel. Though not necessary, We would recommend bringing a truck or SUV to ensure you don't have any issues and are able to explore the whole area. We also have a local manager who will be available should you need any assistance during your visit. Other things to note **Guests use ALL amenities at their own risk** ** Must be 21 years old or over to book ** Maximum number of guests (day or night) is 6. (All ages count towards the guest count) Sleeping: 2 bedrooms (2 King Beds), additional sleeping with a Queen Size Pull-Out Sofa in Living Room. Parking only allowed on property by carport (max 4 cars). Commercial film allowed with permit and prior consent. Location fee does apply. Hot Tub/Pool - You are using this at your own risk. No excessive drinking or drug usage while utilizing these amenities. Guests must rinse off beforehand. We have the pool and spa cleaned before every check in. If we have to drain the pool or spa after your check out due to dirty water, we will charge you $300. Pool/Spa Heating is included in your stay! We keep the spa heated to 102 degrees and the pool at 87 degrees. Please keep the pool cover on when not in use or it can drop in temperature. Pets (Dogs Only) allowed only if added to booking prior to check in and a paid pet fee (max of 2 dog allowed). Pet fee is $100 per stay. We ask that you please pick up all dog poop. We also ask that you do not let them on any furniture. If there are stains on couches, rugs or bedding, there will be additional charges. CRITTERS: We have monthly pest control, but the remoteness of the home means you are in their habitat. Bugs, rodents, snakes etc. are common in the desert.
