Enjoy optimal comfort all year round thanks to the heated floors, a heat pump system (heating/air conditioning) and the living room fireplace, which offers enveloping warmth even on the coldest days of winter. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, fondue oven, utensils and a full set of cookware to prepare delicious meals. Outdoor amenities, such as spa, barbecue, and wood burning fireplace, are available year-round, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors in any season. Treat yourself to an intimate experience surrounded by nature while staying close to all services. A 10-minute drive away is a high-end supermarket, a bakery offering fresh croissants and specialty breads, and a varied selection of local restaurants. A multitude of activities are available to you thanks to the recreational trails of Les Sentiers du Moulin, which also offer an equipment rental service, as well as proximity to Quebec City and the airport (only 30 minutes away). Other things to note *** IMPORTANT INFORMATION *** WINTER STAYS: During the snowy season, from November 1 to April 15, an all-wheel drive (AWD, 4x4) car is required to access the property. During the winter season, it is also possible to arrange a shuttle service with us. This service must be planned in advance. TAXI and UBER: Due to the location of the house, it is not possible to rely on taxi or Uber services for transportation. These services are rare in the area, so it can be difficult, even impossible to find transportation and you might find it difficult to leave the house. Please contact us if you have questions about transportation. SHUTTLE SERVICE: We're excited to offer a convenient shuttle service to our guests! To use this service, please go to 99 Chemin du Moulin, Lac-Beauport, Quebec, where we have reserved free overnight parking spaces so you can safely leave your vehicle for the duration of your stay. This location is also our pick-up point. To ensure a smooth experience, simply let us know your expected arrival time, and we'll add you to the shuttle schedule.
