Housekeeping is not included, and these items are not replenished during your stay. 🏨Building Condition: Please be aware that while this condo unit was renovated in 2024, the building's common areas like hallways and entryways are older and show signs of wear. As a past guest noted, "The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get into the condo everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!" 🕙Check-In/Out: A 12:00 PM Noon late check-out may be available for a $50 fee; please message us for availability. For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking the adjacent night. 👮Security: For your safety, the property has on-site nighttime security.
