The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a smart TV, and a charming sitting area. The kids will enjoy the bunk room, which includes double full-sized beds and its own smart TV. For added convenience, a new washer and dryer are also available. For your added security, this home is equipped with an exterior camera on the front porch. Other things to note PARKING Parking is restricted to the driveway. Street parking and parking along the right-of-way are not permitted. No parking is allowed on the grass between the sidewalk and the street. If additional parking space is needed, designated guest parking is available on Rue Martine and Rue Caribe. PET POLICY Guests are allowed to bring up to two dogs, each weighing no more than 35 pounds each. Prior to arrival, all dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and treated for fleas and ticks at least three days before check-in. Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste during their stay. Dogs should not be left unattended for long periods, and if left alone in the unit, they must be crated. To ensure a peaceful environment, please make sure dogs do not cause excessive noise or disturb neighbors. When outside, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Dogs are not permitted on furniture or on the beach. Guests are responsible for any extra cleaning required due to their pets, including deep cleaning of rugs and furniture, as well as for any damage caused by their dogs. SMOKING POLICY This is a non-smoking unit, both indoors and outdoors. Smoking is not allowed on the common property or public gathering spaces. This includes the pool area and the beach. WHAT WE PROVIDE - Linens and Towels: Bed linens and bath towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels. - Kitchen Essentials: Cookware, utensils, and basic appliances are included. Guests should bring their own spices and food items. - Starter Supplies: We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, body wash, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. Extended stays may require additional supplies. NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN Although there is no physical check-in for this property, you may be required to show ID at resort guard gate to enter the property. You MUST be 25 years old or older to rent this property and this person is required to stay for the entire reservation. NO Exceptions and NO Refunds!
