Just minutes from the Moon Crush music festival and steps from the sand — the perfect beach‑festival getaway. Amenities include: a pool, community room, fitness room, laundry, and tennis. No smoking allowed on balconies This property comes with 1 parking space. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil. Property rules state: No open flame grilling allowed on balconies. No Golf carts, E-Bikes, RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a Golf cart, E-bike, trailer or RV.
