We recommend bringing bottled water if you do not like the "taste" of well water. • For your safety & ours, we have a doorbell camera at the entryway to the condo. • Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended. • Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests that occur during the tenant's occupancy of the property.
