We also ask that you keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running to avoid charging you for extra energy use. We appreciate it. • Your stay includes a daily electricity allowance of 10 kWh per bedroom. We kindly ask that you keep bedroom doors closed to avoid exceeding this. If your consumption exceeds the included kWh, an additional charge of $0.50 per extra kWh will apply. To ensure complete transparency, we will take a photograph of the energy meter on both your arrival and departure days. This allows us to accurately calculate your total electricity usage during your stay. Room Policy: • For a 2 guest reservation, one room will be open. • For a 3-guest reservation, two rooms will be open.
