This authentic house stands in the middle of a beautiful olive grove and has a view of the sea. A relaxing holiday accommodation for families, couples or groups of friends. The swimming pool of 50 m2 is a welcome cooling off in the warmer months and offers hours of play fun for young and old. Guests will receive a bottle of homemade olive oil on arrival. We also sell bottles you can take home with you. The space The villa has two floors, each with a kitchen, bathroom and a total of 7 bedrooms. The swimming pool of 50 m2 meters offers cooling in the hot summer months. The garden is full of plants, flowers, 170 olive trees and a large fig tree. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. It has a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a small terrace with sea views adjacent to the living room and a large terrace with dining and lounge area adjacent to the kitchen. Bedroom 1 has sea views, a double bed and spacious fitted wardrobes. In bedroom 2 there is a bunk bed, a dresser and a wardrobe. In the 3rd bedroom/children's playroom there is a single bed and a desk. There are games to be found for the kids. A travel crib for infants (0-2 years) can be arranged upon request. The ground floor has 4 bedrooms accommodating up to 7 people. The space features a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a front terrace overlooking the pool. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with spacious fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has a desk, spacious fitted wardrobes and a single bed. The room has a view over a large patio and the fig tree. Bedroom 3 has two single beds and a desk. Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed, closet space and a desk. The fridge and dishwasher were renewed in January 2024. Also, all air conditioners were renewed in early 2024. They can both cool and heat so the villa can be occupied year-round. From 6 people we charge a fee per additional guest. The swimming pool is fenced with a lockable gate, for the safety of young children. Other things to note This house is also our own vacation stay. Therefore, be respectful and tidy with our furniture and materials. If anything unexpectedly breaks, please let us know. This listing is not suitable for groups of partying of young people.
