Built 20 meters into a hillside, the villa naturally harnesses air circulation, drawing in fresh Aegean breezes through large openings at the back of the structure. This architectural technique helps maintain a consistently cool indoor temperature throughout the day. Complemented by a green roof, this design significantly reduces the need for air conditioning, keeping the interior 5-6°C cooler than a conventional house. Additionally, the villa’s thoughtful layout enhances the feeling of absolute seclusion, making you feel completely immersed in nature. Many of the materials used in the villa's construction have been sourced directly from the land itself, including locally quarried stone and native flora, along with high-quality natural elements such as marble and wood. As the villa is immersed in nature, occasional sightings of insects or small harmless creatures may occur, particularly on humid days. However, professional pest control and all necessary measures have been taken to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.
