The master bath has a spa like feel and is a private oasis. Bedroom 1 - The King bedroom features a picture window overlooking Mount Bailey with a sitting area for reading and relaxing. The King bedroom offers a television with DirectTV for viewing. Bedroom 2 - The Queen bedroom offers a southwest vibe with a dedicated workspace. The window overlooks the landscape of the backyard, along with the pickleball court. Use the robes and slippers in the closet to enjoy the hot tub on the deck. Bedroom 3 - The Bunk bedroom offers two full/twin bunk beds. The dedicated work space allows someone to work or put together a puzzle that can be found in the closet, along with other games. The bunk room is equipped with a pack and play, mattress, sheets, a booster chair, electric outlet covers and cabinet locks for the younger kiddos. ••BATHROOMS•• There are 2.5 baths in the home, all fully stocked with bathroom essentials and a basket with anything you may have not packed. The master bathroom has a stand alone tub, along with an oversized shower with multiple heads. Both showers are equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. ••LIVING ROOM•• The living room has three different living spaces to work or entertain. The dedicated workspace has a monitor for working remotely. Cozy up in front of the fireplace in the chairs and enjoy your morning cup of coffee. The sectional is comfy and allows for your group to enjoy watching tv on the 65 inch tv. DirectTV, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and Max are included for viewing. ••KITCHEN•• The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a simple breakfast or a full meal. The kitchen has a Vitamix blender, Kitchenaid mixer and coffee maker and grinder. Coffee and tea supplies are waiting for your morning cup of joe. An abundance of spices and condiments allow you to buy food items from the grocery store instead of having to worry about small essentials. There is oatmeal and breakfast bars in the pantry. ••DINING ROOM•• The dining room table is ready for 8 guests to sit down and share a meal. The cabinet has everything you need to make a mixed drink or settle down with a nice bottle of wine. ••LAUNDRY ROOM•• The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, in addition to laundry supplies you may need.
