Guest access Accessing the House To enter the house, please use the **front door**. You will need to use the keypad located at the front door to unlock it. The code for the keypad will be provided to you in a separate secure message prior to your arrival. There will be a link sent to you via SMS where Door code and check-in instruction will be available. You will see a digital door lock on the entry door. To UNLOCK the door, enter the code, and you will hear the deadbolt unlock. To LOCK the door when you leave, close the door tightly and press the Schlage button at the top. Please note that entering your code when the door is unlocked will also lock the door. Garage Parking: You will be provided with a garage door opener upon your arrival inside of the property. Please make sure to return the opener before checkout to avoid a $100 replacement fee. This will allow you to park your vehicle securely in the garage. Please use the garage solely for parking purposes. Please note that there is NO access into the house from the garage. You will have to walk around to the front door to get in and out of the house. You may also park in front of the house on the street or in the driveway.
