The Oasis: TU/Expo/Downtown

This new guesthouse is an oasis in the heart of the city. The upstairs abode includes one bedroom with a workspace (and fast wifi), a stocked kitchen, and a cozy living room with new furniture. Outdoors is a smokeless firepit and outdoor kitchen. The Oasis lies two blocks from the University of Tulsa, a mile from the fairgrounds, and a five minute drive from Tulsa's thriving downtown. Plenty of eateries and shops are all around. P.S. Lime scooters can be parked at your door. Just ask! The space This space is a guest house/apartment above a brand new garage. It can be seen from the street but is located behind our home. It does have 15 stairs to reach the rooms above. Kitchen/Living Room. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc. It has an island with granite countertops that will accommodate seating for two. A coffee bar is also included with a Keurig coffee maker and quality coffees. The living room has a 56" Roku TV with the most popular apps installed. (You will need to use your password to access these apps.) It also has all the local stations for free. The sofa folds into a queen size bed. Just let us know if you would like this set up when you arrive. Bedroom. In the bedroom you will find a comfy queen size bed. There is a dresser if you would like to store your clothes on a longer stay. Finally, a desk with a nice view can also be found here. Bathroom. The bathroom includes a larger shower with a seat. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all included. Large Closet. The walk in closet has a place to hang your clothes as well as a brand new washer and dryer for any laundering needs. Detergent is available as well. Outdoors. Currently there is a smokeless firepit that you are encouraged to use. We just added a covered grill area with granite counters and a Blackstone griddle and gas grill for your use. Please just let us know if there is a time you would like to use the grill or Blackstone. The lights for the grill area are by the back door. please turn on and off as desired. P.S. By law the maximum number of guests is four. If you are found to have more than four overnight guests either the additional guests or the whole party will be asked to leave. We also ask for you to get permission before having visitors that will make your total group more than four people Also, pets are not allowed in the space. There will be a $200 charge if pets are brought with you. Guest access You are free to use all the apartment and the outdoor amenities including the fire pit and the outdoor kitchen. (Just let us know if you will be using the kitchen so we aren't on top of each other.) Other things to note Rentals for more than 14 days will be charged a cleaning fee of $50 dollars to be paid via the Resolution Center prior to arrival. This additional cleaning will consist of laundering towels and bedding, doing a simple cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom, and sweeping the floors. The host will contact you before entering the living space on or around the 7th day of your stay.
