The space Our home features 3 comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a luxurious king-sized bed. You'll have plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day of adventure. The primary bedroom is a true retreat, offering a dedicated workstation for those who need to catch up on work or study during their stay. You can also enjoy the reading nook for moments of peaceful relaxation, and for fitness enthusiasts, we've provided hand weights and a yoga mat to help you maintain your workout routine. Stay comfortable year-round with a wall-mounted A/C unit to keep you cool in the summer and central heating to keep you warm in the winter. Our fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. You'll find a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all the cookware and utensils you need. The fenced-in backyard is a great space for outdoor activities or simply relaxing in the fresh air. It's a perfect spot for kids and dogs to play safely. Other things to note Please make sure you read the cancellation policy. It is always recommended that guests get travel insurance in the event the guest needs to cancel for whatever reason. GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY HOLD (Which is not a security deposit), & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED Hi! We are your welcoming hosts and we look forward to hosting you. This home does require guests to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit) in order to receive Arrival Instructions. You will have an option of either $1000 hold of a fully refundable deposit OR a waiver charge of $37 which covers up to $1500 in damages. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. PETS We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. We look forward to hosting your furry friend! Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking. If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300. NO SMOKING Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250. FORGOTTEN ITEMS We will do our best to get your forgotten items back to you, but we are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you, we charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs. LONG TERM STAYS Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation. An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
