The space The Love Room VELVET & LEATHER is a loft-style apartment with luxurious and tasteful decoration. You will have completely private spaces : - A lounge area with 75" smart TV with a real fully equipped kitchen for stays of several days - A bathroom with XL shower, toilet and welcome products, - A completely private wellness area with whirlpool bath and infrared sauna - A bedroom with hotel-quality king-size bed, tantra sofa, pole dance bar, 92" projection screen facing the bed, HD video projector including Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ and immersive sound system - A secret playroom space with many BDSM equipment, furniture and accessories Included in your stay : - Full access to mentionned equipments - Courtesy tray : coffee, tea, chocolate, capuccino - Welcome pack (1st night) - Breakfast for 2 people (1st night) - Towels, bathrobes and slippers (to be restitued) - Bed prepared for arrival - High-speed wifi connection and streaming services - Cooling fan in the bedroom but **NO A.C.** Available options (optionnal extras) : - 🛬 Early check-in at 4:00pm vs 6:00pm : 20€ - 🛫 Late check-out at 1:00pm vs 11:00am : 20€ - 🚀 Early check-in + late check-out : 35€ Please send us a message on Airbnb if you want an option. Parking : - Parking is free on the street in front of the building and in the adjacent streets. - A public paid outdoor car park is also available 300 meters away (3 min walk). Conditions : - According to French legislation, all guests must complete the mandatory online registration form (ID document and information) before the arrival, under penalty of cancellation of the stay. - The building is an entire NON-SMOKING AREA. Travelers must exit the building to smoke. No smoking in front of the veranda, in the courtyard and under the porch of the building. - The courtyard of the building is not an annex of the Loveroom. Absolute discretion is required from travelers inside and around. Any indecent, indiscreet or inappropriate behavior in common areas may be reported to Airbnb and lead to the immediate and definitive exclusion of the guests. - No smoking and no vaping inside the Loveroom. - Access to the accommodation is prohibited for minors under 18 years of age. - All guests are informed that an outdoor camera is present at the entrance to the premises. - All guests are informed that the download of Nuki App (smartlock) is necessary to access the house for the safety of the place. - The pole dance bar is permanently locked for the guests safety. It is NOT possible to use it in spinning mode, thank you for your understanding. *NO A.C.* : A fan is available in the bedroom during your stay, but the house is NOT equipped with an A.C. Guest access To maintain complete confidentiality of the premises, the exact address of the Loveroom VELVET & LEATHER and access information will be communicated to travelers the day before their arrival. The accommodation is equipped with a NUKI smart lock for a completely independent arrival (self check-in) before 10:00pm. Late arrival after 10:00pm are not possible. Guests are all informed that the download of NUKI App (smartlock) is necessary to access the accommodation, for the security of the place. Detailed access instructions are sent a few days before arrival. - In accordance with French law, all guests must complete the online check-in form (identity and contact information) before arrival, otherwise their stay will be canceled. - Guests are informed that an outdoor camera is installed at the entrance to the property.
