They will also receive a sealed bottle of still water and their choice of milk. ( cow or vegan ). Guests booking for more than 1 day will receive a complimentary bottle of their choice of wine or a Shloer sparkling fruit drink if they don't drink alcohol. In the fridge they will also have a sealed pack of sweet grapes or strawberries. In the freezer, they will find some ice lollies if they have kids. Also on the dinning table they will have some freshly sealed pack of croissants for their breakfast. In the lounge is a smart TV with all your favourite streaming platforms installed like Netflix, Prime, YouTube etc. The Netflix has a complimentary account for all our guests to use and enjoy at no extra cost as it is already paid for by the host. The bedroom also has a smart TV with all your favourite streaming platforms. Simply a home from home is this stunning newly refurbished contemporary, art décor apartment. This serene and peaceful space boasts of a large stunning bedroom with beautiful art and a full length size mirror. Evenly spread throughout this 4th floor apartment are large windows, offering picturesque views of this Historic Village. Guest access You, your family and friends have the entire apartment to yourself. There is free 24 hours parking on site for residents and visitors. To also show our appreciation in you choosing our space for a minimum of 7 days or more, we are delighted to reward you with a £10 grocery voucher so that you can get your fluids and some groceries as we understand it's going to be a hot summer. Please note that complimentary fresh linen and towels are provided with your stay for 2 guests. Additional linen and towels for more than 2 guests can be provided as the apartment takes up to 4 guests or if you just need some extras. I can accommodate check-in up to midnight but any check-in after 10pm should be notified in advance at least 24 hours before arrival. Check-ins after midnight can be arranged also at least 24 hours before arrival at a minimum fee of £24. Please kindly confirm your check-in time at least a day before your arrival so that your requested check-in time slot can be guaranteed. Late check-out is available but should be requested in advance and will be subject to availability on the day of check out. No parties, events or loud music is allowed please. No smoking indoors is allowed but you can smoke in the communal garden located on the ground floor. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises please. Please note that smoking indoors in the apartment is strongly prohibited as this will affect our business and spoil the fresh atmosphere for future guests. A penalty fee of 150 pounds will be charged if guests break this important rule. Please kindly respect our neighbours as they have lived there for ages, always helpful, kind and respectful.
