A queen sized bed is available in the master’s bedroom. A sofabed and a twin electric airbed is also available for additional guests (for a fee). The unit has 1 barthroom with a heater and bidet washer. A Smart TV with Netflix is installed for viewing. Strong internet (400 MBPS) for remote work and surfing is provided for your convenience. The unit is thoughtfully interiored for comfort and relaxation. The kitchen is well appointed with a refrigerator, electric burner plates & a microwave oven. Additional cooking utensils, cooking pots & pans, dining plates, a french coffee press and a tea maker are also included. Complementary coffee and basic condements are included for your stay. A washer/dryer & liquid detergent is provided in the unit for your laundry needs. A garment steamer is also provided for your convenience. Complementary towels, liquid soap, shampoo/conditioner & dishwashing soap are all provided as well. We hire professional cleaners to service the unit for our guests. Code will be sent prior to check in. To lock and unlock the balcony door, pull up the door lever and turn lock. Pool use is allowed every Tuesday to Friday except holidays. The first 3 guests can use the pool free of charge. In excess of the first 3 guests, there is a ₱300 charge per day of use. There is a 1 time cleaning fee. This is applied upon check out.
