This apartment comes with free parking in the on-site garage.. It's as secure as a parking garage can get (there's no way to get inside the garage without a pass - even on foot). Other things to note *Need Extra Flexibility?* We've got you! Just book your first 30 nights for starters, and then send us a message. We'll block our calendar so you can just extend 30 nights at a time without committing in advance. :) Important: This apartment is located in a 100% smoke-free community. Pets are welcome with pre-approval and $10/night pet fee paid in advance. 75 lb weight limit. No commonly restricted breeds please. Note: ID verification will be required before your arrival. After you book, we'll send you a link, and you simply upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie. Our software runs a quick background check, then sends you your check-in details.
